Packaging ConsultationEffective packaging combines presentation with suitability for product weight, storage and transport. Quality control evaluates materials and products to support structural choices and identify deviations.

Pars Lotus Chekad Industrial Group holds all standards for carton and corrugated board production.
Paper assessment considers grammage, thickness, moisture and visual uniformity. Choosing suitable liners and fluting is the starting point for three-ply and five-ply board designed for its packaging application.
Flute uniformity, layer bonding, thickness and flatness affect carton performance. Assessing these properties helps identify delamination, warping and flute damage and informs production adjustments.
Legibility, colour agreement with the approved sample, cutting and creasing accuracy, lamination quality and seam bonding are key assessment criteria. Appearance is considered alongside dimensional accuracy and ease of assembly.
Packaging strength should be assessed against product type, content weight, stacking and transport conditions. Depending on the order, compression resistance and response to moisture or impact may require technical assessment. Acceptance criteria should be agreed with the customer before production.
Sampling, comparison with order specifications, recording deviations and reviewing causes connect quality control with production improvement. Contact our technical and sales advisor to discuss the required assessments and packaging structure.
